100 Things to Eat Before You Die

I've had 61 of the recommended 100 things to eat before you die.  The ones I've eaten are in bold.  I want to try everything on this list at some point in my life.

9. Bird's Nest Soup

10.  Biscuits and Gravy - everyone's had this.  You probably live under a rock if you haven't.

11.  Black Pudding - Just tried this a month ago at a restaurant called Feast.  It was delicious!  But I won't tell you what it is or you won't eat it....  Ok, I'll tell you what it is.  Cooked & congealed blood.

12.  Black Truffle - does truffle oil count?  What about truffle shavings in risotto?  Because I've had both of those.  Just not a black truffle by itself.  That would be like eating a nugget of gold.
