Places to Eat in Houston

I found a website that lists the best restaurants in Houston and I want to try them out.  Here is the list.  Erik and I plan to try at least one of these restaurants per month.  I have already tried Americas and Max's Wine Dive and I can attest to the fact that they are AWESOME.
