Ingredients:
2 Medium Butternut Squash
6 Tablespoons butter, melted (microwave 15-30 seconds)
1/4 Cups brown sugar
1 teaspoons kosher salt
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2) Cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds
3) Peal squash
4) Cut into cubes. (Tip: butternut squash is tough to cut. Microwave for 10 minutes to soften and then cut into cubes).
5) Add the rest of the ingredients and toss until evenly coated.
7) Roast 45-55 minutes or until tender and glaze begins to caramelize. Turn squash a few times while baking.
It's so delicious. You've got to try it.
